one overnight stay : 145€

one overnight stay : 190€

2 nights or more : 170€ / night

Full breakfast is included in the price. 

Daily rate for children :

from 0 to 3 years old : no cost

from 4 to 12 years old : 25€

We consider the booking as confirmed, as soon as :

* we possess your contact data (name, address, telephone number / mobile number) 

* an advance of 30% of the total booking fee has been transfered to the bank account of B&B Alsemkruidje :

*  we receive a mail from you, in which you confirm the booked period, the room(s), the number of persons, and the total fee  

At the latest, 2 weeks before the start of the booked period, the total booking fee has been transfered to our banking account.

Cancelation :

In case of cancellation at the latest one week before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be considered as cancellation fee. 

The balance (70% of the total amount) will be transfered to your bank account within 5 working days, after receiving your cancelation.

In case of cancellation within a week before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be transfered to your bank account, within 5 working days after receiving your cancellation.
